Good morning all....David, quick question on the proceeds from the recent offering if I may.....thank you in advance:

1) How available are those proceeds? Can they be used immediately or is there a waiting period, or a settlement period of sorts.?

2) On Yahoo they are talking about new coverage by DLJ, or a recent report. Can you comment on this as to whether or not the report is actually legitimate?

3) Also, supposing PSIX BOD decide to use the proceeds to pay down or off debt, are they required to file or release any type of notification of this, or would we have to wait till earnings in July to find out the current debt load?

4) And I know she doesn't post here very much, but how is Kate? If you see her could you tell her the SI board says hello?
