Perhaps I am naive but I really don't see the big deal with TK. I run a business (4 years now) and needed financing at one point. I really did not care who gave it to me as long as the terms were the most favorable. It could have been any lowlife loan shark if he was willing to give me a good rate. Money is money, imo. Financing (or the financeer) does not, imo, define the company. Now if this were still a floorless, concern over TK might have some bearing.

I did learn one thing -- nobody wants to lend you money when you need it but they will line up to "give" it to you when you don't.
