Exodus Vice President Appointed to SpinRecords.com Advisory Board
SAN DIEGO, May 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Solutions Media, Inc.(SMI), equity holders of SpinRecords.com and an Internet and convergence technology firm, announced today that Harry Barton, Vice President of Sales for Exodus Communications (Nasdaq: EXDS - news), has been appointed to the company's advisory.
Mr. Barton is Vice President of Sales, for Exodus Communications Inc. (Nasdaq: EXDS - news). Before joining Exodus, Barton was Senior Marketing Manager, Enterprise Networking Division for IBM Corporation. Prior to this, he gained a wealth of experience as Director of Sales, for Northern Telecom for seven years.
In the 70's, as the radio personality ''Captain Bueno'' for a Los Angeles radio station, Barton found his affinity for the music scene. Barton's digital music distribution experience comes from working with companies like Sony Music, WB, Virgin, Spinner.com, and MP3.com.
