Does anyone have any insight or theories why our trading was suspended and other companies with pooling issues have either not been suspended or even not been required to restate as pooling is still an accepted accounting practice? A THEORY that pops into my mind is that our trading was suspended due to a combination of the pooling issue, the pending merger and our push for a listing. By suspending trading, the SEC allows the merger time to unravel, lets us restate and then we resume trading again as plain old DCTC with no merger partner, more accurate financials and all our business momentum and growth potential still in place. I just have to wonder if our trading would have been suspended if we weren't in the middle of a merger agreement. Pooling is used all over the place and the article I provided a link to yesterday said pooling usage is going to accelerate between now and the year 2000 as companies rush to use this method before it is no longer available to them. Just trying to get a better understanding of this situation.
