You are right. Joseph Goebbels never had the audacity
to claim he was speaking for the "International Comm-
unity". However, Jamie Shay, the NATO spokesman seems
to think he speaks for the United Nations, when in
fact, NATO and Clinton have yet to even ask the UN for
any sort of backing or support for this war.
