Eric - good point. Do you believe Jaws will dip into this financing? Until they receive other financing deals, the necessity/temptation may be too great for Jaws not to need at least some of their line. We'll see. In your business, does the public recognize affiliations? In mine, if I were associated (and doing business) with subcontractors with bad reputations, I do not believe potential clients would look favorably on my company. JMO However, if I needed the money bad enough, I would probably do just about anything to stay in business. I don't like to think of Jaws as that desperate. Wes
