Hey chris. Your memory is sort of correct. Franklin IMO never really wanted AMEX, but if NASDAQ was unattainable in a timely manner than AMEX was whispered by all of us to be an option. I can only remember once where Helen said they were looking into it, but, I had the impression that all along it was treated as a stand by move. Be that as it may, FCM is here, and until the IPO hits the street on the NASDAQ,or share price allows, they will remain here.

Hope all is well with you

Sethy
