I hear you Barbara...I have been a lurker and have read every post to this thread over the last year and a half as DCTC became my largest holding. Alot of your names are very familiar to me and I appreciate all you have shared with me and other lurkers. Pooling is allowed and I don't see why the SEC would have suspended our trading over this issue solely. (as a side note, if we employed pooling accounting properly, I don't see why we should have an issue with the accounting firm) Hence, I am trying to look for a reason for the trading suspension. The best I can come up with so far is that ITEL shareholders would have been hurt by a falling shareprice if we would have had a press release yesterday saying DCTC has to restate prior earnings. DCTC would have sold off and ITEL would have followed us right down. By suspending trading, the SEC protected ITEL shareholders from that selloff. They gave ITEL a chance to announce the merger was off and when they reopen their shareholders can trade the stock without having to worry about DCTC's earnings restatement. I could be wrong but just thinking out loud.
