Due to the delay in the deal, I would have to put my bet down on Qwest. It was announced today that they appointed a new President and COO, which allows for Nacchio (sp??) to concentrate on strategic, long-term issues. I surmise that the any deal with Quest would be held up for a week or two to allow the new President/COO to get up to speed with the any deals. Obewon
