Yorkton went from holding -24,121 shares on April 1st to holding 514,187 shares by April 30th. The bulk of their purchases were made after April 20th.

From the numbers alone, it can not be determined whether these purchases were made on behalf of clients.

However, the question raised is why would Yorkton not warn its clients that they were potentially exposing themselves to great risk by paying considerably more for a stock which they deemed was worth no more than $2 - $3 ???
