Planet City Expands Operations
SEDONA, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 4, 1999--Planet City (Software) (OTC BB: PINC - news) is pleased to announce that it has acquired all of the physical assets of Knowledge 2000, a software development company specializing in web-based educational software products, based in Sedona, Arizona. The acquired assets include computers, office equipment, a telephone system, and a comprehensive internal network and associated servers.

In addition to the physical assets acquired, Planet City has retained the services of Knowledge 2000's Development and Administration Staff. Terry Dennis, President & CEO of Planet City, said, ''This acquisition will greatly enhance our ability to move forward with our long term plans.
