Wayne, no we are not sure I was making an inference. I make up a lot of stuff! -g- I would like to settle the matter once and for all. If you find a gov't site please let us know. Whatever discrepancies there are I still feel that the current savings rate and consumption patterns are due in large part to the wealth effect of the stock market bubble and is not sustainable.
