Morgan Stanley initiated coverage yesterday with an outperform rating. This is the "prestigious" broker that FM has been waiting for. The stock didn't move on the news. The McD .55 deal will probably continue to put a "collar" on FM for awhile longer. Damage to FM's earnings will be minimal at best. Their market is geared to adults not families as MCD's, Wendys and BK. It is a good buying opportunity.
