Dear Ken,
All that said, it does not excuse the action of the SEC. To me there is no reason why DCI could not have supplied the information that was requested per a natural progression of restating as an ongoing request for information re: the now defunct ITEL merger. Does ITEL have anything to do with the suspension? In what capacity if so?
We do not know shit at this point and await the facts to start rolling in.
As ever WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN. That has yet to be determined,, B
