Wes,

Barrie has always said that it may and likely will be necessary to draw on the line. Unless he states differently, that probably has not changed. At least not until we start really seeing some revs being produced by the alliances. But the "floor" really helps the company and us to define the worst case scenario.

Oh, yeah the public will recognize affiliations to a degree. Subcontractors (especially in my business) can have a profound impact on your reputation. Mainly because they are often actually representing you (in my case in the field or on site). Their impact on reputation would be greater than any financing company. In my business, the financing relationship is the problem of the owner and does not usually effect client relationships. Given that JAWZ has been signing alliance agreements with reputable companies while all along having a convertible held by TK says that JAWZ clients probably don't care too much about thier financing relationships. Probably the only question in their mind is whether JAWZ has the financial depth to be there as the alliance develops. This line should help to ensure the clients that the answer is "yes, it is safe to invest your time and resources into this relationship".

Anyway, that's MY take on the financing. I have always had a problem w/ the floorless and feel much better about holding. Now if we could just deal with reporting status...

Eric
