so why is JDEC up on bad news today....takeover rumor someone is flogging?

I will say that Gartner Group has JDEC as the best ERP company after
SAP and PSFT in there 98 year end analysis

JDEC does very well on the magic quadrant in both
"ability to Execute" and "Fullness of Vision"
