Well Chris, maybe you can help me out. As you may remember I am an options trader. My OPRA authorization disappeared out of my account over the weekend. I wrote support on this twice yesterday. Although they responded to a bug I thought I discovered they have not responded to this problem.

Gibbons suggested just adding the exchange back in through your website should resolve the problem. My concern was another delayed period while they do whatever they do. I added the exchange back in last night. As of noon today, I'm still getting delayed options quotes and the OPRA change is not reflected in my account.

This is a real problem for me. I don't understand why it disappeared in the first place, and desperately need help putting my account back the way it was. I am out of business for all practical purposes.
