Not even that, oh Conadian one. The Presumption of Innocence only applies to criminal court cases. This is a civil case where nobody's life or liberty is at stake. There is no presumption one way or the other.

If Bill Gates or Dan Rosen was ever brought before the courts on a criminal perjury charge for their, uh, testimony, then they would enjoy a presumption of innocence. Since perjury charges never are brought in these circumstances, though, it's an academic point.
