Anyone aware if eBays secondary offering is complete ? Last I heard the shares were being transferred to the underwriters on April 19th. I assume by now they might have flooded the market with 6.5 mil additional shares. One of the reasons eBay used to move up so strongly was out of 125 mil shares only 7.5 were publicly traded. Thats a pretty low float!! Now we have almost twice the amount, and once the underwriters are done their selling I'm sure this one will finally break down.. this thread is so dead we should lay the shutters on this one!!
