I would hope it is an isolated incident and expect that it will be. However, it seems that the corporate heads in Minnesota do not make very good decisions and did not allow the arrest publicity to go away by doing the right thing. In my opinion, this is a poorly managed company which makes incredibly stupid decisions. But as you suggest, I would also think that most local managers of Best Buys would use better judgment.
