I am not convinced yet either way if it may be good or bad to have Napier also trade on a US exchange, how would the share structure be handled, would share dilution be an issue?

I still have to research this further, and compare with other TSE companies that are also traded on US exchanges how their share structure was arranged. In my opinion the best comparison to use would be SWE/SILW, and also look at BLD/BLDP, ATY/ATYT, any others? Nasdaq would be cool but I am not convinced about OTCBB.
