Well, Chuzzlewit, Southwest Securities (SWS), which owns the online brokerage firm mydiscountbroker, is now up almost 120% since I bought it, and still has a relatively low p/e of 30. This past month, SWS has done better than any other brokerage firm doing on-line business. It has been suggested that this is partially due to the fact that SWS owns a considerable chunk of the shares in the market-maker Knight-Trimark (NITE), which has had a tremendous run.... Any thoughts on either firm, or on the on-line brokerage business in general? Joan
