The reason there will not be a buyout of IDTC by AOL unless it is at MUCH higher prices is that Jonas and his family own well over 1/2 the shares of the company and it would take an awful lot of money to get them to sell. AOL could probably not justify such a high premium to iits shareholders. Very doubtful that Jonas would accept anything less than $60/share. And he probably would want a good bit more.
