AR-- Don't think of it as jumping in. If you can provide any information, I'd appreciate your input. Again, the service I desire is extended basic level with 3 active connections (2 extra boxes?) Worth noting, the telemarketing 'hook' was getting and paying only for the channels you want. The offer made by the representative didn't provide for receiving less than their 40 channels (although maybe a dozen specific channels is all I want). Now I own some cable stocks, but that doesn't make me a content consumer. The shady marketing, though, is a concern. Please shed some light on all this, please? Regards, Paul
