Just got back from the stockholders meeting. Nothing very interesting, just Cowell repeating why the merger is going to be a good move for the future (USRX and 3com combine very well without hardly any overlap to cover both WAN and LAN connectivity...). He said he believes that he will be the largest individual stockholder of the combined company and because of this him and the directors still have a large financial stake in the company.
Other than that nothing that great.
