Just spoke with CEO Copland, he said r/s will be effective tomorrow. O/S after split about 2.6MM, he will hold about 1MM. He is very excited about the upcoming show and said they would have a few surprises in addition to the new products. He also said that this show is huge, probably the most important show in the world even though it is in L.A. They are eagerly awaiting the show! They are also working on new distribution channels. I asked if any of these new channels could could be considered a "blockbuster", and he said yes. I asked about a PR firm and he said they are working on that now. He was adamant on this point and he understands the importance of having a PR firm! looking good up to the show, IC, long SCTU
