Hi, Keith. Don't see any flaws in your DD, the only thing I noticed in their annual is that there's pending litigation from a former employee, didn't look like a big deal nor material. Pffft. I actually like to see a larger float for liquidity (moreso when the stock is listed on a Canadian market) even on a long term hold, however HSS looks very interesting and the management team of their sub, VIP, looks strong. Board, on paper, also looks strong and has good American connections as well. Projected revenue of $12 million provides price to sales ratio of 1 at $0.80. Don't know how strong their competition is other than from the information provided by the Company. t.
