Dear Curtis, Good to hear from you. Here are some quick answers to your questions: 1. The net proceeds are available immediately, can be used for our general corporate purposes (see a post I just made to a similar question on the Yahoo! board). 2. I haven't seen the DLJ report, but I am informed that they reiterated their buy recommendation on us. I'll look for the report itself. 3. I don't know of any "required" notice for paying down debt, though we'd probably do some press releases if we used a material amount of the issue proceeds for that purpose. 4. Kate is very well. She reads these boards herself, but I'll be sure to pass on your good wishes. Best regards, Dave Kunkel
