1) You claim that ABFG is a good investment and advise people not to sell, yet in the absence of any audited financial statements whatsoever you have no basis to evaluate the company.
ANSWER: First of all I have ALWAYS said that I feel comfortable with MY investment and have NEVER recommended that people BUY on my advise! In case you haven't noticed - There are a lot of companies on the OTC BB that are operated as legitimate entities that DO NOT have audited numbers. This FACT does NOT make them FRAUDS or SCAMS! Perhaps you are just a little slow to notice this? I do NOT make investments by "numbers" alone and if YOU do and can't understand why you are even on this thread or considering OTC BB companies. They are at best ALL high risk ventures. Even if ABFG had audited numbers (which are currently being worked on) that alone would NOT make them legitimate either! Are you still with me, Pardner? Have you bothered to call the company that has done their "books" for over the last two years? Let me answer that for ya! Obviously NOT! Bye-the-way, THAT my friend is what you call DD! The name of this company is clearly stated on their web site, so I imagine even YOU can find it!
As far as having NO basis for my investment....Are you having a bad hair day, Amigo? One of the ways (just one - 'cause you ain't worth my time) of checkin' on a company and their legitimacy is to research their claims and statements. Here ya go, Pardner:
a) The company "claimed" that Mr Sklar had NO involvement in the Trump/Fenway ordeal (although the bashers have clearly slandered Mr Sklar by stating that he was involved)....I now have PROOF from the BC Securities Commission that the statement by ABFG and Mr Sklar is TRUE! YOU want proof...Do your own DD!
b) The company claimed that they have property rights in Madagascar and this operation is producing large income for the companies bottom line. This (IMHO) will be addressed AND proven in the mid-May web cast. We'll see!
c) The company claimed that they were going to run TV commercials in the Chicago area. They did that and in fact the commercials are STILL running! Once again, the "bashers" had to eat crow!
d) The company claimed that they had legitimate offices in Calgary with over 15,000 square feet of office space occupying the ENTIRE 9th floor of a 21 story skyscrapper. This has now be PROVEN to be true! Again the bashers eat crow! Let's not forget that the honorable Mr Ady gave out a FLASE and MISLEADING address to all shareholders in a blatant attempt to discredit ABFG! WRONG again Mr Ady!!! If you or others would like to call the Calgary Office building that they are located in....PLEASE do so and verify the information and claims by ABFG and report back to this thread. Let me guess...YOU ain't gonna do it!! LOL!
e) The company claimed that it would have an Ad in the Houston Astrodome! Although late with their follow through, there is in FACT a signed contract that now proves that there is going to be an AD in the dome and on will be seen on Fox's game of the week Nationally televised program. Yeah, don't tell me that "stuff" about that they announce the deal BEFORE they should have. YOU'RE RIGHT! The fact is though, that they came through AGAIN on their word!
f) The company claimed that their acquisition team was in Tel Aviv on business and this statement was proven true when I receive a conference call from Israel which can EASILY be proven in a court of law! This will further be proven upon their announcement of the deals completion around May 6th or so! Stand by for further details!
g) The company claimed to have a relationship with Kanakaris Communications (Oh, I know they are a FRAUD too, right) and that was proven TRUE and is referenced in many PRs from Kanakaris themselves. Go back and do your DD, my friend! Notice the billboard on Rodeo Island!
h) The company claimed that they were having their financials "audited" by an independent company in order for them to become a "fully" reporting company and enabling them to obtain the first step in pursuing a listing on a major board in the near future. This was PROVEN to be true by myself and others who took the time to call this "outside company" to verify that they were indeed working on the completion of ABFG's audit! What company? Do your own DD!
I could go on and on and on and on!!! This company has ALWAYS come through with the GOODS! Perhaps not on YOUR schedule or Janice's, Jeffrey's, Mr Bill's (who are currently under investigation for possible FRAUDULENT activities over a public service that Business Wire offers), but they have in fact come through!
These are just some of my reasons why "I" choose to believe in this company and NOT in people like you who obviously have their own agenda! And I quote..."Until the company comes up with some really good answers I (you) strongly advise any prospective investor to run, not walk away from ABFG." Sorry, that this company doesn't operate on YOUR schedule Mr/Mrs Angusb!? The numbers will be out when the numbers are out! Not on YOUR schedule, but on ABFG's! Got it? Don't worry - You don't have long to wait! :)
2) Kelly claimed to have an ad for the Astrodome, yet others have followed up and found that this is not true. I suggest that at worst that Kelly is an out-and-out liar and at best is not very careful in determining the accuracy of his claims.
ANSWER: YOU Mr/Mrs Angusb are the LIAR! There is in fact an Ad contract in place right NOW with the Houston Astros! Kelly is guilty of one thing.... Shouldn't have announced it when he did! That my friend means he is human and occasionally makes mistakes. Unlike you, he IS human! However, when YOU made this post (11:53am on May 4th) you KNEW that the contract had been signed and is REAL, therefore that make you nothin' more than a LIAR and hypocrite at best! At worst, someone with a hidden agenda!
3) If Kowboy's claims are true then Kelly has been freely and illegally giving out insider information about ABFG. Either Kowboy is a liar (pot callin' the kettle black again) or Kelly is a crook (possibly both). This is an added concern in that even if the company is basically honest with a lot of potential (your first TRUE words) Kelly and Kowboy's actions could very well trigger an SEC inquiry or even trading suspension.
ANSWER: What Kowboy claims are you referring to my wittle furry friend? I have NEVER got ANY inside information from Kelly or ANYONE from ABFG and if you have "proof' to the contrary, than I say REPORT me....PLEEEEEASE! You nor Janice, nor Jeffrey, nor Mr Bill, nor Mr Ady, nor ANYONE know where I get my information, PERIOD! I will be glad to reveal my sources in ANY court of law, so go ahead, Amigo....SHOW ME THE BEEF or I would suggest you do not make any further accusations concerning my character or my methods of DD! 4) ABFG posted doctored photographs on their web site giving the impression that ABFG owned mines and sophisticated mining equipment. We have subsequently found out that ABFG does not own this equipment and their excuse that they got permission from the leasing company that owned the equipment is irrelevant. The use of doctored photos was "fraudulent" (oppps there you go again with the "F" word). Look at it this way, if I owned a small airline company that traded over the BB ( say we had one Cessna and one Beaver - Don't forget about one major lawsuit) and I put photos of a 747 emblazoned with "AngusAir" logos on my web site, would permission of the 747 leasing company somehow make it OK?
ANSWER) NO! It wouldn't! However that is NOT what they (ABFG) did! They didn't try to make that equipment look like anything other than what it was. They did NOT try to make it look like a larger piece of equipment like the way you want people to see in your comparison of going from a Cessna to a 747. Give us a break! What they did do was put their logo over the logo of the operators of that equipment as advertisement and they had the permission to do so. Since you are asking question....Try this one. How would it have looked and what would YOU have said if ABFG had put up photos on THEIR site that CLEARLY showed someone else's name? Hello? Anyone home? YOU and your fellow bashers would have had a field day with that!!! Seems to me that ABFG just can't win with YOU! Can they?
5) Posters have asked whether ABFG owns mines in Madagascar and where these mines are located for over a month now. The company's refusal to answer this question is very strange and leads me to speculate that perhaps they don't own any mines at all. It would not be the first time that a BB company has fabricated claims- buyer beware.
ANSWER: Well, let's all please forgive ABFG for exceeding your time limit for the truth to come out. The company has not refused to answer these questions. Here let me repeat myself again since you seem to have a problem in the area of comprehension. During the last web cast, the company clearly stated that they will be addressing these issues on the live May 15th web cast. Again I have a question for you....Why do you seem so determined to do everything you can to discredit this company BEFORE they have a chance to address their shareholders in a public forum about these concerns?
Agenda? "Buyer Beware"? Is this just another way of you telling everyone to SELL, SELL, SELL? Whom exactly has the hidden agenda Mr/Mrs. AngusB? I think I'll just let the shareholders decide.
6) A poster claims to have correspondence from the Malagassy government stating that neither ABFG nor any of its named subsidiaries own any mines. This is a shocking claim (which if true indicates criminal fraud-There goes that "F" word again) that has gone unanswered by the company for over a week now. I have no way of knowing whether the posters claims are true but the absence of any response from ABFG leads me to suspect the worst.
ANSWER: Well, Angusb, if you have no way of knowing if the "poster's" claims are true, than just what the heck are you doing posting their unsubstantiated claims and accusations ontto the thread? Ever heard of the word "accessory"? Whom is this anonymous poster? Again, Angusb....Where is YOUR proof? Pleeeeease show us "shareholders" the beef!
7) ABFG, as HV pointed out, has set out on a bewildering business strategy combining exploration/mining/fabrication/retailing/ and 3D internet "shopping mall". From my own business experience I have found that small companies with unfocused business plans that require them to simultaneously develop expertise in multiple disparate fields usually fails.
ANSWER) What EXACTLY is YOUR business experience? "usually fail", well at least you left ABFG the room to be unusual!
