I'll be damned if Vivus doesn't put out a press release TODAY BEFORE THE CLOSE! Earth calling NINA! Where are you? In case you forgot you're supposed to put out the press release when the news happens and not after it happens. It is what we call EFFECTIVE IR/PR. Potential Vivus investors need to know what is happening TODAY and not what happened yesterday. VLAD
