I asked about the litigation...it is a shareholder that was not happy with the business plan a couple of years ago and wanted the company to buy his shares for .50 back when the company was in the .30's. Since the price is now .75 I guess this litigation is no longer valid because he can sell them on the open market for more than he is asking from the company. I agree about the liquidity...I normally don't like playing stocks with more than a .10 spread and less than that for pennies. It was only the story the drew me to this stock. Best Regards KEITH
