No...the sec requires a maximum gross value for the IPO (which is immediately surpassed once the share hit the open market).

This is an estimated value subject to later amendment. If underwriters believe that the market will bear it then they can set the price as high as they like.

They are saying $11-$13....so I'm guessing it will become $13-$15.

Probably correct. It seems traditional to bump a .COM up one level.

If I get this one at least half of it's going fast. According to the prospectus it's a one-trick pony badly in need of money going up against a somewhat stronger opponent (MSFT) with the dominant product. The last couple of years the auditors have issued the "going concern" statement. This one's going public only so that IBM can get its money back, IMHO. It'll collapse or be taken over within a couple of years (again, IMHO).
