Eric, I f you check the Edgar Database for Camelot you will see the filing.

sec.gov

scroll past all of the Beverely Enterprises stuff till you get to Camelot Corp. The first entry a "pre-14A" filed on 2/19/97 outlines this latest scheme. The proposal has to be approved by the stockholders, but because DW and his cronies have a majority of the shares, it is hard to see how the measure would not pass.

Does anyone wonder why this reverse split has become the method of choice for increasing single share value? Danny has finally admitted that he is powerless to do anything that might increase the value of Camelot stock to over the $1 mark without resorting to more smoke and mirrors. Camelot seems to be saying, well we can't make a go of this thing by making this operation profitable, so lets's find some sort of loophole in the regulations that lets us hang on for the next few months. Pretty pathetic isn't it?

BTW I may revaeal a level of ignorance here, but how often do companies actually do REVERSE splits??? At least healthy companies, that is.

OH Asset, is this how your 300% increase in share value is going to come about? I guess that means that you predict that the price will drop to around $0.15 before the 10 to 1 exchange takes place??
