Swordsman, what's wrong with issuing shares to grow the company, bringing in more contracts and revenue. If this is in the best interest of the company to do so, which the management must ultimately decide, I am in favor of it.

If you don't like this share increase and don't trust management (which is apparently the case), why don't you sell. Unless of course you have another agenda. Perhaps you sold already and now bashing the stock to drive it back down. Or maybe you are the one shorting the stock.

Also, why did you selectively leave out the fact that about 14M to 16M shares are held in escrow for the PP and may be retired if not needed?
