doug-- typically, insiders sell for their own reasons. if there was something horrible ahead, we would see insiders selling all over the company. these are the only two i have found. i remember a few years ago...and around 200% ago, mike dell sold around several million in stock. bad move since it appreciated. turns out a lot of it went to charity, and some went to a house. its always easy to see the worst case. as for accumulation... the last time i checked, it was still happening. the stairstep on the 60 min looks very nice. THATS what you should be focusing on. good luck to all, trey
