I do not agree with your last post. There are many people who should not speculate in penny stocks. People who ask questions why a stock goes down after doubling in 3 days probably should not invest in stocks let alone penny stocks. They should stick with mutual funds until they learn the basics about stock investing. Then they should sit on the sidelines and watch and learn how penny stocks are traded.

I think NPEC has a great deal of potential to double or triple in price from this 7 to 8 cents range but it will not go straight up. And of course, like any stock, it may go down before going back up. That is why this is speculation. Tremendous risk and tremendous reward.
