Jim - Got an e-mail letter today from the Pres. of Norris - Fred Falk. (Letter was sent to all shareholders, so you probably have yours by now.) The letter details the vision and direction of the company -- primarily that of OEM rather than retailer. Expenses have already been cut 55%, and they expect to cut 10-20% more by moving to less costly offices in the near future. Letter also mentions they are selling no longer needed manufacturing equipment. (I just hope they got a good price for that COB line that cost them (us) a fortune.) Betty
