I agree that they will likely try to reassure the market, but I see there are still many who are almost pathologically expectant of 'cheating'.

I think it quite possible that the circumstances surrounding this sort of increased OPEC production may provide a buying opportunity, as those who are certain that producers cannot keep their pledges seize the chance to go short into the first creak of an opening tap, not believing any explanation from OPEC.

That's my hope, anyway. <G>
