This news should bode fairly well for SV-35. I have some experience with Norwegian North Sea regulations (drilling platforms and machinery), the regulations are often quite stringent. Norwegians are very concerned with health, safety and the environment, and they will often use the safest alternative available even if the costs are significantly greater (you should see the stuff for spark arrestors on diesel engines and what they cost!!!). I assume that the other Scandinavian countries have similar concerns regarding safety.
