Dennis, IMO if you sign up for a service, you should get that service. Period. I use and LOVE QCharts. Also, I'm a QFeed developer and love their Dev Tool Kit. Further, Quote.com is one of the best companies to work with. Yes, they have Customer Service problems, but they are actively addressing them. Notice that we receive direct feedback from Chris Cooper. Check his bio; it says "Quote.com Founder".

I strongly encourage you to try QCharts. (You will be blown away.) But it begs the question to encourage you to use QCharts if you really want to use Live Charts. You deserve to receive the service you paid for.

On one other issue, I disagree somewhat with my compatriots about the focus of this thread. Note that the "Quote.com" is first in the name. I would argue that it is more reasonable for this thread to cover all related Quote.com products - QCharts, Live Charts, QFeed tool kit, QNews, etc.

IMO, there is enough bandwidth here to cover all products in one thread. Discussions would be disjointed if they covered two or three threads. There is enormously good feedback in this thread. It's better to keep it in one place.

Regards,

Dan.
