RICE, my uncle is a townhouse complex manager here in Vancouver and he can't wait to kiss cable goodbye. Cable did a stupid thing a while back here in Canada, they used negative option billing- if you didn't say no to a few pathetic channels they billed you anyway- this led to massive complaints which led to a consumer law being passed in parliament, ever since then CABLE companies are disliked passionately- MDU to the rescue.
