The original hoopla was a result of TAP promoting the stock and PRs coming out. The last thing the company said directly to me (and they haven't answered my e-mails in almost three weeks) was that financials would be out by the end of May and their first SEC filing by the end of June. They are selling CDs according to Amazon.com. They can also be found at buy.com and barnes&nobles.com Hopefull but not especially optimistic, James
