Netman - you got it right.

The effing MM's jerked our chain with the 211, the evil small-minded pricks that they can be. If an MM saw a buck on the ground he'd push over his granny to pick it up first. Not to worry, we've taken the law into our hands and the job is getting done. As for the rest of the stuff, so far as I know, everything is going according to plan, if not to schedule. I think we've invented a new kind of time - there's white man's time, then there's Indian time, and now we have Sungold time.
