Bill, you didn't use monkeybusiness.com, or artform.com, or comedycentral.com, you **used** BUSINESSWIRE.com.

People reading Business Wire are therefore *expecting* "for real" business news and seriousity. Just as those who are watching Leno or Bart Simpson are *expecting* to see parody and comedy. With no big sneaky surprises...

I don't have any argument with you with respect to the artworthiness or funny-ness of the WebNode web page. My argument is that you shouldn't have *used* Business Wire for your artwork, or your comedy, or your parody. If you would have pulled this prank off with the Silicon Investor audience who know you and your repetoire, you wouldn't be embroiled in this mess right now. But you all, in my opinion, way overstepped your bounds when *using* Business Wire's trademark, and dragging Business Wire into your parody. (Without their knowledge and consent.)
