Not nervous JS, it's just that I think if they are going to do it, now is a good time. Why wait? If there is to be a news lull while the marketing plan has time to mature and develop, what could be a better vote of confidence than to hear management can't sell for another period of time? It would say alot about their faith in their product and go a long ways towards telling the street that this is the real thing. What's the downside to announcing an extended lockup soon? The wife says she loves pnlk and its prospects...but, no more shares. I am pretty overloaded in this one, but damn I'd like to keep picking up additional chunks in this range.
