It is going to be a tough road given the levels of dilution and lack of focus on their market. There could be some improvement if they did a 10:1 reverse split.

I believe that Gary McCann EVP and "guru" of the Groupware division and one of the founders has resigned with no statement from TPI. If anyone has a clear source of information perhaps they can get someone at TPI to confirm that McCann is still on board or gone.
