Jim, I have seen this excuse raised a lot here.....that they can't get the audit done because they have "the companies business to take care of". Bill Clinton was sort of saying the same thing. Does HDI have accountants, a CFO? HDI has to become a "reporting company" to move up from where it is now. Case closed, next case. I will not bring this up again.
