I wouldn't necessarily expect a lockup announcement to boost the price as much as provide another piece of factual information to help form a solid base. Then, when we do get news on numbers, alliances, new features/services, etc., the pump&dump critics will have a harder time making their case...at least as far as any perceived role of management is concerned.
