Did you ask for clarification on these? I ask, because it sounds like you are assuming these are free-trading shares.

Under the PP agreement, shares may need to be/can be issued to cover future conversion amounts, as necessary/required. My understanding is, if issued, they go into escrow. Of course, that may just be delaying the eventual actual conversion, but just thought I'd ask you, since you spoke to them. (and/or were they issued under the option plans?)
