I totally agree with your assessment. We will definitely see a New Board Member very soon. However, I think they will want to finalize the agreement before announcing anything in this regard,

By the way, I really appreciate your contribution to this thread. We have some great info on this thread. I initially bought GLE as a swing trade but the more I read about the company and the technology the more I was impressed. Although I could of sold my shares for a decent profit I have decided to hold on to them and to eventually increase my position.
